While 100% fresh-milled can be too dense for the daily table, our signature blend provides that rustic, nutty depth of flavor while maintaining the light, airy texture of a perfect loaf.

Notice Required: All pre-orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance to allow for our slow-fermentation and prep process.
