Pasture-Raised Eggs & Poultry
The Colorful Dozen
There is nothing quite like a farm-fresh egg. Our "Colorful Dozen" is a vibrant mix of blues, greens, olives, and deep browns, provided by an eclectic flock of heritage and high-production breeds. Because our hens enjoy a diverse, nutrient-dense diet, you’ll notice the hallmark of a true pasture-raised egg: a sturdy shell and a rich, deep-orange yolk.
Pasture-Raised for Protection
While we began our journey with a free-range model, the heavy predation in Sam’s Valley—from soaring Hawks and Bald Eagles to local Coyotes—required us to adapt. Today, our birds are Pasture-Raised, meaning they live outdoors on fresh grass with room to forage, but within the safety of secure, mobile runs. This "pasture-raised" approach ensures our hens are protected from predators while still living their best lives under the Oregon sun.
Farm Store Availability
Our eggs are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Farm Store. They fly off the shelves quickly, so we recommend stopping by early!
Starting Your Own Flock?
Beyond the carton, we love helping others begin their poultry journey. Depending on the season, we may offer:
🐣 Hatching Eggs (for your own incubator)
🐥 Day-old Chicks
🐓 Point-of-Lay Hens (started pullets ready to fill your nesting boxes)
