Fluffy Chicks & Mini Highlands: Spring Photo’s & Encounter
Skip the crowded mall lines and bring the family for an unforgettable, hands-on spring farm experience! Mini Shire Farm is opening its gates for exclusive baby chick cuddles and Mini Shire petting zoo access. Come meet our Mini Highlands (Dhalia, Posey, Ember & Moose), the Babydoll Southdown sheep, Rooty the bottle calf, and Juliet, our newest baby calf!
We have two incredible ways to experience the farm this spring:
Option 1: The Spring Encounter ($45)
Available Weekends March 21 - April 19, except Easter Weekend
The Fluffy Photo Op & Cuddle session: A private, scheduled 10-minute session to hold, pet, and take photos with our fluffy baby chicks.
Mini Shire Petting Zoo Access: Spend as much time as you'd like hanging out with the Mini Shire Petting Zoo crew before or after your chick encounter! We are open from 1pm - 5pm for the event, so make sure to set aside time before or after your appointment!! Come meet our Mini Highlands (Dhalia, Posey, Ember & Moose), the Babydoll sheep, Rooty the bottle calf, and Juliet, our newest baby calf!
Option 2: VIP Easter Eggstravaganza ($75)
Available Easter Saturday Only, April 4th
Everything in the Spring Encounter: Includes your private chick cuddling session and full petting zoo access.

1x Free Die-Cut Event Sticker per booking, extra available for purchase
The Golden Egg Hunt: At the top of every hour, 2pm, 3pm 4pm or 5pm all families from that hour's time slots will be invited to a private group egg hunt in our scenic pasture! Don’t forget to bring your OWN Basket!! 1x Golden Egg per time slot
🎟️ Admission & Farm Rules (Please Read)
Group Size: Both passes cover up to 2 Adults and 3 Children (ages 2+). Children under 2 are free! Additional guests are just $5 at the gate or during booking.
Parking Limits: Parking is strictly limited to ONE vehicle per booking due to limited parking. If you must bring a second car, you can purchase an extra parking pass at checkout.
Animal Safety: Gentle hands are required. To protect our newest farm residents, a $10 animal care fee applies if a chick is injured due to a guest.
📸 Photography: Personal photos are encouraged! However, professional photographers or staged portrait sessions require a separate private booking.
👟 Required: Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for all animal encounters. No exceptions (for your safety!).
